ITAR-free Policy

The United States Department of Sate’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is a regulatory regime intended to control the export of defense and military related technologies to safeguard U.S. national security and further U.S. foreign policy objectives. In order to help mitigate impact of the regulations which cover export and re-export (re-transfer) of item or technologies on the US’s Munitions List, OTM commits to;

1. OTM Microcontroller/Microprocessors electronic components used within our actuators will be ITAR-free.

2. OTM discreet electronic components developed within our actuators will not use components classified under ITAR restrictions.

3. All other electronic components used will be of commercial/industrial grade off-the-shelf products.
