Our engineering team love to solve problems but this was a little unusual!
On the flight home from a customer trip, one of the air hostesses had a problem with a cabinet that would not close.

And despite a week of 12 hour days demonstrating and testing prototypes for the customer, he still had time and energy enough to help the hostess take out and reinsert the drawer that was causing the problem.
I won’t repeat the line that his colleagues are using to describe the occasion!
